One of GCI’s greatest goals is to foster a spirit of community and create strong networks of human rights-oriented individuals in Kumba, throughout Cameroon, and around the world. Global Conscience Initiative strives to involve as many people as possible with its work. Here are the ways in which you can get involved:

Learn

For anybody interested in GCI’s work, it’s important to understand the historical and political background of human rights in Cameroon. We’ve compiled a list of links and news sources that will help familiarize you with topics like law, gender equality, and international human rights, which are extremely relevant to our work. Join

GCI offers membership to both individuals as well as groups. Membership benefits include access to GCI information materials and publications, discounted tickets to GCI events, and the opportunity to volunteer with our various projects. Click here for more information.

Intern

Internships with GCI are a great way to expand professional experience, complement past and current education, and directly impact human rights at a local level. We accept both national and international applicants, depending on positions available and the experience of each interested applicant. Click here for more information.

Volunteer

For individuals interested in helping out in our office, we offer volunteer positions to any locally or internationally-based persons.
